Friday Reed turned a third of a year old! Four months old, a few inches taller, and double his birth weight. He's growing up so fast! Things I have learned in four months:
- My mother is an incredible woman.
- 'Gross' is a relative concept.
- When someone says, "What, I don't hear anything," at three in the morning, they are lying (including myself, I must admit!).
- What I want isn't always the most important.
- Babies change your life. Things that seemed so important four months ago aren't really that important now.
- Baby clothes need to come in more sizes.
- Baby smiles and laughs can change your mood instantly.
Reed and I have escaped to Granna and Papa T's for the weekend because Michael has the flu. Didn't want to get Reed sick! We've been playing and eating all kinds of yummy treats (be very jealous fellow fatty munchers). Granna sure does know how to treat us right!
