Weekend in Gatlinburg

We spent last weekend in Gatlinburg partly with the youth group from our old church, and partly with Michael's family. Even though it was really cold, we had a great time! We tried to ride up into the mountains to get some snowy pictures, but the roads were closed. So we settled for some creekside shots instead.

Reading and Vacuuming

Reed enjoying rocking in his chair by himself,
and reading his "big brother" book.

We bought a new vacuum cleaner, and Reed had
a really great time trying it out for us. I think I may
be able to put him to work soon!

Mommy & Daddy's Big Helper

Helping Daddy move his big boy bed into storage until he's
ready for it. He even grunted when he picked up "his end".

Then he helped Mommy in the kitchen. He did this completely
on his own.

And after looking at these photos, I cleaned the finger/face
prints off the oven door.

Then after all that hard work, he grabbed his blanket and
a book and crashed on the rug.

Few Words Wednesday
